Air Products has extended the expiration date of its offer for Airgas by 10 business days.

 The offer, which values airgas at $65.50 per share, was set to expire Friday.

 Last week, the Delaware Supreme Court sided with Airgas in a dispute that would have favored a takeover.

 Air Products appealed and it says this latest move is meant to give the court more time to consider its challenge.
